Thoughts on Politics

    The current issues of confidential documentation being range in tangible formats such as the confiscations at Mar A Lago, and absent visitation record reports form President Biden's estate. This issue is an interesting indication that Federal Organizations (NATO, Department of Defense, etc.) and POTUS are having to defend themselves with confidentiality in an era of mass media investigation reporting. Even online international spying has been brought into the conversation like Tik Tok experiencing Chinese spying in their platform. A far cry from Balloons in the air being justified as meteorological tracing vehicles. What could the plausible explanation be to instances such as these. Why is our government hiding their conversations with Ukraine and Russian authorities, and what is with the sudden urgency in China figuring out what is in our skies and on our social media platforms?

    Reverting back to the recent era of The Mueller Report, isn't Biden committing similar "offenses" on the other side of the political spectrum? Is it possible that because of a leverage in fiscal policy he was favored in the face of the crisis of covid-19, but has equally despicable methodology in the navigation of what to do with foreign affairs as Trump would. Comparatively, Trump's administration was heroic in Israel whereas; Biden is in assistance to the Ukraine whom was attacked by Russia. Strangely, Biden and Trump both have histories in consulting and "receiving" through Russian ambassador conversation. The Mueller report written by Ex-CIA executive Robert Mueller states that it is not unheard of for the administration to use election rigging or the acceptance of finances....  

Update March 2024-
Just past super Tuesday in the primary elections for the Commander In Cheif/Potus nomination. Trump and Biden are both leading, and after Nikki Haley's resignation running unprecedented. The issue of Pallestian and Isrealite conflict has greatly increased in media since my previous post. Biden made a solid State Of The Union speech regarding housing, Healthcare, aid to the domestic conflict listed above, and tax cuts for people earning less than 400,000 dollars per year.

Immigration has also been brought to the front of the conversation. There have been various posts from The Daily Show, Beth O Rourke, and more.

Love Lies Bleeding (2024) Film Review

**1/2 out of 5 Stars Love Lies Bleeding begins looking like a camp style neon-saturated rom-com with a devilishly stylish color code, wardrobe, and cast. Yet when Jackie (Katy M. O' Brian) snaps on steroids and commits a murder, we are re-directed into a neo-noir nightmare with silver linings. Lou (Kristen Stewart) takes Jackie into her home after meeting her a gymnasium she owns and operates. They fall passionately in love, and combat the unfortunate reality of nosey neighbors, criminality and corruption, and abandonment. The film possesses one of the finer lesbian couples I have ever seen. They are accompanied by a ardent sex scene featuring "Transformation" by: Nona Hendryx, and an anti-smoking campaign voice on the radio that doesn't seem to be working very effectively.   Introduction:       As a music theorist, a musician, and a producer I have always appreciated and enjoyed Music Journalism right along side the other aspects of the music industry. I thoroughly enjoyed Rolling Stone's various lists on the Summer of Love, The Greatest Songs of All Time, and The Greatest Albums of All Time. I checked regularly at Songs You Wish You Wrote in The Smoking Section. After seeing Pitchfork and Rolling stone rank their hundred or so best albums of The New Millenium (2000-2025) I remembered that I had once anticipated and looked forward to developing such a list when the time is appropriate.     When I make a serious list I like to be transparent about criterion that aided me in my choices.
