Description of Facility - The facility will operate as a headquarters for a team of specialists that are investigators of contaminated areas. The specialists will investigate areas that are heavily affected with garbage, and they submit photographs back to the Headquarters. It is then that a team of workers will be dispatched to clean the areas. The team will also be equipped with a analytics process that enables them to find the best methodology for effective treatment to the enviorment. Headquarters will then take the information from the teams, and database it for archival purposes.
