Hang On To Your Home (Poem)
Hang on to your home
For the world's technology will always grow
So the family you have will always know
Where truth and justice originally sewed
Where the warm eyes of lanterns eternally flow
And the crate and myrtle shed a pine anew
Your home is the one slowly eroding with you
Yet the soldier leaves and a foundations cracks
Are filled by the bread he won from yonder
His mother need a burial ground
For a spangled staircase of decor and stealing
And the kids must have wives for family anew
Hang On To Your Home
For your home is you
